Staring in 16.2.0, the Timesheet tile is now available for timesheet rules to be implemented.

If you do not include a 'Timesheet Total' condition, it opens up the logic to extend to the custom attributes on the Investment and Task
else the following message will be received:
Time Entry conditions are not allowed if a Timesheet Total check is applied
Therefore, if a 'Timesheet Total' condition is not included, the attributes can be exposed for usage.
2. The following right is needed:
Administration - Timesheets - Navigate
3. To review all the active and inactive rules on timesheets from the backend, the following query can be ran:
SELECT * FROM CMN_TS_RULES
