Resolution

UIM 23.4 MCS Techdoc, reference: "Leverage the Redesigned MCS v23.4.0"

• The utility in mcs-cli is developed to transform the existing profiles of 'push' architecture prior to UIM 23.4 to a 'pull' architecture. It is used to generate the checksums so that older profiles will continue working on newer UIM/MCS architecture.

• The consequence of not implementing the utility is that older profiles will not be applicable for pull architecture and MCS deployment will not occur, as the checksums are not generated for older profiles. 

• Primary hub jdk version: OpenJDK Java Runtime Environment 1.8.0_382-b05
