Issue/Introduction

When user attempting to perform an export to CSV banner "Export in Progress. Download will be available in notifications." never goes away.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

1. Navigate to MUX->Projects

2. Attempt to Export to CSV and observe banner "Export in Progress. Download will be available in notifications." that should disappear after internal job finishes export.

Expected Results: Banner "Export in Progress. Download will be available in notifications." should only be displayed for a very short period of time.

Actual Results: Banner "Export in Progress. Download will be available in notifications." stay forever.

Resolution

Workaround: F5 to Refresh the browser and download notification will appear in the Bell icon.
