Change the alphabet in the Sign-in panel to uppercase

Issue/Introduction

Is there a way to change all the letters in the Sign-in panel for Passphrase support in Roscoe to all uppercase?

Resolution

A new SYSIN parameter MSGCASE=(UPPER|MIXED) is implemented by RO54626.

MSGCASE= Parameter

MSGCASE=(MIXED|UPPER)

 MIXED  indicates some panels and messages are displayed in MIXED case(default).
 UPPER  indicates that all panels and messages are displayed in UPPER case.
