Issue/Introduction

We are facing a problem with date format in Clarity when we try to create a new project, even if we use the calendar provided by the date attribute, in some cases the problem appears just when we try to fill the start date. We are getting ERROR Incorrect date format.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to Classic.
2. Under Account Settings change Locale to Spanish(Dominican Republic).
3. Log out and log back in.
4. Go to Home->Projects.
5. Click New button and populate project name and try to set start and finish dates.
6. Notice before attempting to change the date it is displayed as 19/01/2024, after clickin on calendar icon and selecting another date it will change format to something like this 01/20/2024.
7. Click on Save button to create project and you get an ERROR Incorrect date format.

Expected Results: it should not change date format and as a result will allow to create new projects.

Actual Results: it changes date format and as a result will not allow to create new projects.

Resolution

DE79281, Fixed in 16.2.2.

Workaround: Change user's locale to Spanish(Mexico) or Create project in MUX.
