Issue/Introduction

Classic Filter Portlet Hints do not show up

Steps to Reproduce: 
1- In Studio - Portlets - Open a Filter Portlet
for example:  Portlet: Overview Sponsor Filter
2- Go to the Fields tab
3- Open "Sponsor" field details
4- Add a Hint and a Tooltip
5- Save and Publish
6- Open the Sponsor dashboard
Tooltip will be displayed but not the Hint

 

Expected Results: Filter Portlet should show Hints. 

 

Actual Results: Filter Portlet does not show Hints. 

 

Workaround: Use a tooltip.

This is logged at Broadcom under DE78385

The fix will be included in the 16.2.1 release.
