MIMETF34 is the MIA SVC 34 intercept code that hooks SVC34 calls looking for VARY device commands.
After initialization verification, MIMETF34 interrogates the MGCR(E) looking for potential VARY commands. No storage is GETMAINed or FREEMAINed in this process.
If the SVC caller is not MIA's initialization routine , MIMETF34 simply branches on to SVC 34 (or the next SVC 34 intercept) without doing any more processing.
If the SVC caller is MIA's initialization routine, MIMETF34 sets a flag in a MIA control block for MIA use and branches back to the caller (MIA's initialization routine) without going on to SVC 34 processing.
So in general MIMETF34 processing is very minimal.
