Issue/Introduction

 After a DLP administrator runs an agent troubleshooting task on the Agent List screen, the task expires. 
This problem affects all tasks from the Troubleshooting drop-down, impacting all agents in the environment.
The agent finest logging does not provide much insight into the task expiring.

SymantecDLPDetectionServerController.log snippet indicates below error

Resolution

This issue has been fixed in 16.0 RU1 MP1. There is a private hotfix 16.0 RU HF5 available for this fix,
