Operator console page showing blank after upgrade to 23.4

Issue/Introduction

We have upgraded from UIM 20.4 CU9 to UIM 23.4 but while logging with operator console then the page is showing up blank

Resolution

Clear the browser cache from beginning of time which is required after any upgrade as older data might be cached .

After this restart the wasp probe and try again to login to OC after it is active with port and pid.
