Issue/Introduction

Unable to install the AIX_APMIA_2023.10.1.7_v1 package on AIX. The error messages say "ERROR  | wrapper  | JVM exited while loading the application." and info messages say that dependent modules libc++.a(shr_64.o) & libjvm.so could not be loaded.

The 2023.8.1.6 package works fine on these servers and we only run into this issue with the release -- 2023.10.1.7.

Resolution

Install the correct C++ Library for your Java release. Please check your third-party knowledge library for more details.
