Unable to find Multi Factor Authentication Chain Template in AdminUI

Issue/Introduction

Configuring MFA (Multi Factor Authentication Chain Template and Authentication HUB), where is this option to show up in the AdminUI? The documentation mentions it, but no such option is seen (1).

 

Cause

The SiteMinder environment (Policy Server, AdminUI, Policy Store, CA Access Gateway (SPS)) needs to be all in version 12.8SP6 and higher as stated in the documentation too (1).

 

Resolution

Upgrade the environment to 12.8SP8 or higher version to get that feature.
