Issue/Introduction

Getting the below error while trying to access the Analytics from the Identity Portal User Console.

Invalid CSRF Token 'null' was found on the request parameter '_csrf' or header 'X-XSRF-TOKEN'

Environment

Vapp 14.4 CP2

Resolution

Login to Identity Portal Admin Console

Click on SETUP-> General Configuration
Under System, uncheck CSRF and save the changes

Log in to the Identity Portal User Console and click on Analytics ICON, Now you should be able to access the Analytics Console.
