MUX: Start and Finish Required - Error on Audit

Issue/Introduction

When viewing the Audit information in the MUX, an error seen:
WorkEffortService.convertValueForWorkEffortUnit: start and finish required

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into MUX with an Admin user
2. Go to "Administration" then "Audits"

Expected Results:
Audit information should display correctly

Actual Results:
When the problem occurs, no results display, and error is presented

Workaround:
1. Adjust the filter to avoid the problematic results
2. View Audit information within Classic UI
