The time showed blank and date showed invalid in the Maintenance Configuration

Issue/Introduction

When OI users try to set a maintenance window to any service/device, they get blank time and "invalid" date for start and end time/dates.

Cause

The Web Browser was not set to use English or supported languages

Resolution

In the Browser, set the language to English
