Issue/Introduction

When Trying to connect to IM server having the popup error:

Title: Error Loading Environment

Message: Environment failed to load, possibly due to Timeout. Recommend setting registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\ReceiveTimeout to a DWORD of value 300000 (5 minutes) or more if the target environment is particularly large. Reboot is required to apply registry

Create the registry entry as DWORD32 under the path HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrenVersion\Internet Settings\ReceiveTimeout with value 600000 as decimal. After this reboot and test again. 

Additional Information

Be careful not to place the value of the ReceiveTimeout registry key with space instead of putting everything together.
