Rates missing / not updated by XOG

Issue/Introduction

When running the XOG updating rates, an error is thrown and some of the rates are missing / not updated:

Resolution

• The XOG is updating too many records, and hitting the governor limit
• We suggest splitting the updates up in order to be able to get them through
• Default limit on XML nodes is 150k and this is something that can be easy to hit with a large matrix update
