DX OI does not show services

Issue/Introduction
In DX OI SaaS, we are not seeing the services.
When we consume the https://apmgw.dxi-na1.saas.broadcom.com/tas/graph/query API; we do see duplicate services
Resolution
The data was corrected. The recommended usage is you should be using the create service API and not directly adding the service to TAS with TAS API's.
