Class load failures with UMA version 2023.9.1.16 and auto-attach on Openshift

Issue/Introduction

We deployed UMA version 2023.9.1.16 to our Production Openshift cluster.   We recently noticed that Java applications that are instrumented by the UMA-autoattach mechanism start logging  exceptions immediately after the auto-attach.

 

Error:

 ERROR Failed getting database connection com.filenet.api.exception.EngineRuntimeException: FNRCE0024E: E_FAILED_TO_GET_DATASOURCE: The server cannot get the data source <datasource> Message was: com/wily/agent/main/IntelligentInstrumentationShim

 

Resolution

The 2023.9.1.27 Hotfix has been released in Openshift operatorhub. The version is 2023.9.5-27 and is available in 2023.9 channel.
