Issue/Introduction

Installation of Connector Server 14.4 on Windows server 2022 fails to install

Installed Java Runtime: jre1.8.0_261

Environment

Release : 14.4 GA

Component : CA Identity Manager

Cause

This means that a wrong/unsupported release of Java was installed.

Resolution

To solve this issue, the current Java release must be downgraded to Java to 1.8.0_192.
