Issue/Introduction

The customer would like to know why Office 365 SharePoint incidents do not have the Access Information section as shown in a SharePoint 2016 Incident in DLP Enforce:

Resolution

Currently, the SharePoint site access info as well as the membership info listed in the SharePoint admin site are not available through API export. The recommended way to check the access info would be using the link and the SharePoint name provided in the incident to compare with information in SharePoint Admin portal
