Is the Tomcat 9 Native library for APR included Web Viewer 12.1

Issue/Introduction

With Tomcat 9, Redhat does not supply or support apr Native library.   Does the Tomcat provided with Web Viewer 12.1 include the Tomcat Native library for apr mode ?  Or do you only support the nio mode ?

Resolution

The Tomcats we provide will support APR processing. We don't really recommend them because they can be difficult to set up correctly in <Tomcat>/conf/server.xml. Using our provided Tomcat does mean we can support it much better than versions we do not provide.
