Micro Focus ALM does not retrieve more than 100 records in ConnectAll

Issue/Introduction

In some situations, such as synchronizing test steps, Micro Focus ALM does not synchronize more than 100 records.

Cause

This is due to the default page size being set to 100 records and ConnectAll does not support pagination for some record types.

Resolution

It is possible to override the default page size in ALM using the REST_API_DEFAULT_PAGE_SIZE site parameter.
