Issue/Introduction

After 90 minutes DLP Enforce console initiated Box Securlet file restore requests still haven't processed

Resolution

CloudSOC  - Box Securlet API performance determined to be normal.in this instance

Box Securlet Restore issue was caused by an issue in DLP Enforce.16.0 MP2 that was causing restore command to not reach CloudSOC

Issue was resolved with a DLP Enforce 16.0 MP2 patch and DB script to remove multiple null entries in the DLP Enforce DB
