Issue/Introduction

Error seen on Notification Server during PMImport: Unable to load 6d417916-467c-46a7-a870-6d86d9345b61 package item

Other indicators were the Patch install tools did not show updated dates

C:\Program Files\Altiris\Patch Management\Packages\WindowsInstallTools (Default location)

The swuenv.bat file was not created in the downloaded software updates folder for each update when the installation started (symptom of a tools problem)
