After Upgrading Spectrum to Version 23.3.3 the NCM config capture fails.

Issue/Introduction

1. Changing from mindterm to jsch library does not help
2. We have successfully started collecting configs when started using scripts
3. The difference between failing non-script scenario and the successful script use is the protocol used:
   The first one fails with SSH-2.0-JSCH-0.1.54 where the second one succeeds with the SSH-2.0-OpenSSH7

Upgrade to 23.3.6

Additional Information

Possible workaround:

We need to have both the JSCH jar files in place (copy from other environment):

• place jsch-0.1.55.jar along with jsch-0.1.54.jar into Spectrum/lib directory 
• restart processd  along with the ncmservice 

 

We see same customers affected by an issue with the 'enable password' set on the Device Family level;
If config capture still fails; remove the enable password and test again.
