File-based monitoring for Word files is not working with the Print channel enabled

Issue/Introduction

The file type rule isn't detecting Microsoft Word files during printing. Removing the rule fixes the issue and enables detections print detection.

Resolution

This is a known issue and is fixed in 16.0 MP1
