NBS Server Tab is Missing from Site Server After Installation of NBS Site Service Agent

Issue/Introduction

The NBS Server tab is missing from the Site Server after installation of the NBS Site Service Agent.  You click on View, and do not see the NBS Server page listed as an option.

The installation shows it was successfully run.  Why would it be missing.

Environment

DS 8.x

Cause

A DLL was not properly registered

Resolution

From an elevated command prompt, type in the following command:

regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Altiris\Altiris Agent\Agents\Deployment\DeploymentSolutionAgent.dll"

This is the default path so modify it with your path to the DLL if necessary.  Once run you should receive a message saying it was successfully ran.

The NBS Server tab should now be accessible in the agent GUI.
