Issue/Introduction

We have two tenants. Is there a way to run two copies of SpectrumDataPublisher to populate spectrum alarms/data for both instances of DX OPs? (NA and EU)

Simply follow the regular SDP configuration listed below, just configure different URLs and tenant details for NA and EU.
