Issue/Introduction

How to find out the Strong Authentication Database pool connection Information and other Pool statistics?

Environment

Component: CA Advanced Authentication (Strong Authentication and Risk Authentication)
Release: Applicable to all the fully supported releases.

Resolution

Currently we have below TWO options to find out the Strong Authentication Database pool connection Information and other statistics.

Option 1:

The Statistics page of the Administration Console enables you to monitor the connectivity status and details for the Strong Authentication database, UDS, and the configured Strong Authentication protocols for each server instance.

Steps :

Login to the Advanced Authentication Admin console as " MASTERADMIN ".

Click the Services and Server Configurations tab in the main menu.

Verify that the Strong Authentication tab in the submenu is active.

Under the Instance Configurations section, click the " Instance Statistics " link to display the Statistics page.

Select the instance whose details you want to monitor from the Select Instance list.

Option 2:

Please enable the " arcotwebfort.log " in " DETAIL " (Debug) mode and verify the " arcotwebfort.log " for detailed Information regarding the Database pool connections and other Information.
