Issue/Introduction

Core/Adapter license is not working in SaaS post expiry or uploading the new ValueOps ConnectALL License.

 

Steps to Reproduce : 

1. Upgrade the SaaS to 3.2.0.2 build.
2. Upload the new ValueOps ConnectALL for one of the group.
3. Validated the sync works. 
4. Core/Adapter license was expired for another group.
5. Uploaded the new Core/Adapter license for the group.
6. Validated the sync and it fails and automations disabled.
7. On enable, it throws you don't have a Valid ConnectALL license for Jira.

Expected Results: If any license is available then the automations must be enabled and sync should work.

 

Actual Results: Even if the Core/Adapter license is valid, can't enable automations and sync fails.
