We have encountered two separate issues from distinct individuals who are facing challenges while importing test cases into Rally. Despite their attempts to validate by clicking the button on the pop-up, the screen remains unresponsive.
Upon verification, it appears that their versions align with mine, and I successfully imported test cases without encountering any issues. Notably, the pop-up did respond by providing them with the schema when they clicked the button.

Lack of Permissions at the Project Parent Level
Where you're importing an Excel sheet with TestFolder details. It's essential to have access to the TestFolder's Project for the validation to be successful. Without proper access, the import validation will not proceed successfully.
To ensure a successful import, make sure the spreadsheet includes columns for all required fields, with optional columns for any additional information. All columns in the importable spreadsheet must be mapped to valid attributes. (Select Schema to view the schema for the user attribute. The schema defines valid values for each importable field.)
