Issue/Introduction

Is it possible to assign multiple clients to single user?

We have setup multiple clients in our Automic environment and know we want to assign the existing users to multiple clients.

 

Environment

CA Automic Workload Automation

Version 21.x

Resolution

It is not possible to  assign multiple clients to single user.

You can have the same user name/ domain for different clients but it is not the same user object, so you would have to update the password in each object if it changes.
