Issue/Introduction

Can B64 encoded password be sent to ACF2 

Resolution

The format of the data coming across from off-platform is not relevant.
What is relevant is the fact that the application receiving the data (gdps rest api) is aware
of the format of the data and knows how to convert it to ebcdic so that it can be used by ACF2.

In this instance it was found that the user was sending the wrong format password to GDPS.
