Issue/Introduction

Using LDAP, I have added a new user to a Universe but that user is getting the error message: "You do not have access to any area of the  environment"

Environment

APM 10.8

Resolution

- "Include Experience Node" was not enabled on the configuration of the Universe.  This was enabled.
- User is added into the Universe, not the group.  Added the group to the Universe and removed the user

User is now able to see the Universe
