Cause

The above warning is generated when the parmlib members DMSRELNO and PARMEDIT pointed by SMP/E are not in sync with the the latest Target SMP/E CCUWLOAD. 

Resolution

Both the PARMLIB members DMSRELNO and PARMEDIT (Batch and ISPF) should reference the latest version of these members in the Target SMP/E PARMLIB library that should be in sync with the used CCUWLOAD.
