How to uxconsole -deregister unab agent that do not need to restart PIM

Issue/Introduction

The de-registration of a unab endpoint needs the pamsc endpoint restart.

Environment

UNAB and PAMSC 14.1

Cause

In some environments it could not be possible to restart pamsc, so requested a way to do it

Resolution

WE have added the possibility to deregister without restarting seos

uxconsole -deregister

update in uxconsole -deregister accommodate the requirements:, i.e., (A)  revert UNAB endpoint to an inital state ; (B) not to require a PIM restart.

Instead of deletion of database files, their content will be purged, so if the user registers and starts UNAB again, the same db files will be repopulated with AD data and PIM's association with them will not be disrupted.  

Tis change will be available in upcoming 14.10 CP6.
