On the ULISTDIR screen, the line command 'E' is executed to edit a member stored in a directory, but the following message is displayed and the member cannot be edited.
GSVX301E COMMAND 'OEDIT' NOT FOUND OR CONTAINS INVALID SYNTAX.
OS : z/OS
Product : SYSVIEW Performance Management
Component : SYSVW
Release : ALL
On the ULISTDIR display, the line command 'E' actually runs the TSO line command 'OEDIT'.
The 'OEDIT' is one of TSO command processors present in the library SYS1.SBPXEXEC.
This library must be present in the SYSPROC concatenation of the appropriate SYSVIEW.
If it is not concatenated, the above message is output and the member cannot be edited.
Run ASID HOME from SYSVIEW and then run the DSALLOC command to check that the library SYS1.SBPXEXEC is concatenated.
If it is not concatenated, consult with system administrator.
