Resolution

To determine if your site is using Active Directory Lookaside Facility - 

In the PDSMINIT dataset where the PDSM rules are maintained look for any rule with $ADL specified.

If there is a $ADL entry for your environment you are using the Active Directory Lookaside Facility.
