Issue/Introduction

Received a HIGH CPU alert on one of the production system for the task: WEBVIEWER

HIGH CPU USAGE: WEBVIEWER

Investigate further on what has caused this issue and how to avoid this in future

Resolution

The Application is working as designed.
R14 does not use DRAS and operates on all the data directly. This significantly reduces the time to produce an export file, the side effect is higher CPU. To reduce CPU usage, work with WLM to lower the task priority.
