Issue/Introduction

The following error is displayed when trying to add a Repository folder:

"Login Failed. Make sure your Repository user name and password are correct."

Resolution

Before you can access the Repository, you must have the Workflow Repository Users permission granted from the Symantec Management Platform.

In the Console go to Settings>All Settings>Notification Server>Account Management>Roles and choose the Workflow Repository Users. In the right panel choose the "Members" tab and click on the "Add Member" button. From here you can add an Account (Username) or a Role to which a group of users are assigned.

Now choose the "Privileges" tab and in the right panel scroll down to WorkFlow Repository sections and check all of the options.

Click on the "Save Changes" button.
