Issue/Introduction

When configuring the SMTP Server Settings with Auth Based SMTP Server set to yes, the User Name field has a character length restriction of thirty characters.

Environment

VIP Enterprise Gateway versions 9.9, 9.10, and 9.11

Cause

The cellContent has a limit of 30 characters

Resolution

In developer tools on the browser, change the maxlength value setting to the size you need:
