Editable field shows as non-editable in Staffing Workspace

Issue/Introduction

In MUX>>Staffing>>Staff, the Required Investment Name under Staffing shows a red 'No' sign when you click on it.

The square should be red because it is required, but when hovering or when clicked on it should not show a 'No' because it is editable

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Log into MUX
2. Go to Staffing
3. Click Staff tab
4. Add Investment Name under Staffing to columns if not already there
5. Add new row - Notice that required fields are show a red box around the field
6. Click on Investment Name field

Expected Results: The field will be red, but the 'No' icon does not appear

Actual Results: The No icon appears confusing users and making them think it is not editable

**This also happens when you hover over the field
