Issue/Introduction

After upgrading the Agent MVS from 12.x to 21.x, it is observed that the Event monitor with V21 does File-Triggering (SMF Type 15) for every DASD-Extent and not only one time for the completed (closed) data set, whereas it should only do it in case of normal close operation as it used to do on previous versions.
