23.3.2 SpectroSERVER crash in CsVLanRelChangeMap::perform_rel_changes()

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to 23.3.2, the SpectroSERVER is crashing with the following stack trace:

Environment

DX NetOps Spectrum 23.3.2

Cause

The SpectroSERVER was crashing due b/c of to many inserts/deletes to the VLAN relation map corrupting the map and causing the server to crash. 

Resolution

This is resolved with Spectrum patch Spectrum_23.03.02.D252 for 23.3.2.
