Job submitted from Endevor Exit uses ALTID

Issue/Introduction

User Exit is submitting a job to the the internal reader but that job is using the Alternate ID instead of the ID of the user invoking the exit.

Resolution

If the option INTRDR_ALTID=ON is enabled, any job submitted from an User Exit will run under the authority of the Alternate ID.  This behavior is not impacted by the USE_ALTID=N setting.
