Issue/Introduction

The Add Task modal does not display the (Cancel, Add) button group at the bottom.

Users are having to use the browser zoom settings and set it to <100% in order for the (Cancel, Add) button group to appear.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Project > click ‘Create From Project Template’  or Go to Project > Task > select and copy tasks. Observe that the button group at the bottom of the modal appears.
2. Go to Modern Timesheet > My Timesheet > select Period and click 'Add Tasks'. Select tasks. Look for the 'Add Task' button. 
3. Compare if the button group at the bottom of the modal.

Actual: Unable to submit as the Add Task modal displays, but the (Cancel, Add) button group are not show. Users do not see it unless the browser zoom settings are set to a lower zoom, such as less than 100%. 

Expected: The Add Task modal needs to appear consistently as the ‘Create From Project Template’ and ‘Copy Task’ modals.

Workaround: User has to reduce the browser zoom to < 100%.
