Issue/Introduction

When trying to delete a mailbox for a user using a provisioning server, the connector is failing to delete the mailbox with the below error from jsc_daily.log:

Resolution

 

We need to bypass JCS to address the AD issues. Clear the JCS cache and retest. JNDI bundle seems to be the problem, it is not properly loaded.


steps to clear the JCS cache

1. stop the JCS service

2. delete cache folder <Connector Server>\data\cache.

3. start the JCS service.

4. configure JCS to receive AD requests(IMPS->JCS->CCS) by using jxplorer.
