Error: "ORA-00972: identifier is too long error" when upgrading/migrating the Enforce Server

Issue/Introduction

The Enforce Server upgrade from v15.8 MP3 HF10 to v16.0 failed with the following error in the migrator log:

ORA-00972: identifier is too long

Cause

There was an invalid object in the database causing the ORA-00972 error.

Resolution

Had the DBA drop the invalid object.

Ensured there were no jobs running.
Turned off all but one node of the RAC.
The update/migration, to 16.0 RU1, completed successfully.
