UIM - WASP SQL connections number increased after installing CU8

Issue/Introduction

After the upgrade, you notice that the number of SQL connections from WASP to the database has increased. This may lead to the situation when the WASP reaches the maximum limit of the DB connections configured in the database settings.

Code defect.

Resolution

We have created engineering hotfixes for CU8 and CU9 (attached in this KB). Deploy updated wasp_alarmviewer_api and ump_operatorconsole packages to your environment

The fix will be included in CU10 and 23.4.
