Librarian LIBGET getting a THE TLICD FILE IS FULL. error

Issue/Introduction

User is trying to perform LIBGET and reported they are getting following message:    

THE TLICD FILE IS FULL. NOTIFY YOUR SYSTEM PROGRAMMER TO EXPAND THE FILE   
BEFORE YOU COPY A LIBRARIAN MODULE USING THE LIBGET COMMAND.

Resolution

There are 2 options:

1)   An immediate short term solution is to Delete some members from the TLICD file

2)  The long term permanent solution is to expand the TLICD file using the LIBTLICD utility EXPAND option.
